Do you have a discount to pay your advertising bill on behalf of the Funding cards? Discount virtual cards?

Previously it was tied to pay anytime, can confirm it's not internet banking material. I'm sure it's not internet banking. I'm out of money, and some of my cards are still loaded with money.

Anyone know what this is? It's not the last payment.
